The Loudmouths (1999)

Esther, Lamar and Zed, three thugs who live together, are weary of surviving small businesses. They decide to move up a gear. To do this, they get in touch with Armand, a former godfather in the middle. If the universe of the trio rhymes with carelessness, that of Armand knows its rules and its codes that we do not transgress. But they all have one thing in common. They are big mouths or, to be more precise, they all have strong capacities to be mythomaniacs.
