The appearance of the aliens could be considered as frightening to some, in a later scene the creatures take a different form which is more disturbing.

A disturbing scene near the end, shows a man who's surounded by bizarre looking creatures. He holds an unhuman newborn, the creature screams and it's body splits open (Revealing it's teeth).
