Tamanna (1969)

Suraj, son of Seth Dhanpatraj, falls in love with his college classmate Saroj, and the two decide to get married. Dhanpatraj does not approve of this marriage as he wants Suraj to get married to a rich and wealthy girl, while Saroj hails from a poor background. In order to marry Saroj, Suraj leaves his house. After a short span of time, Suraj turns to be a police inspector, while Saroj is practising medicine. Things go for a toss, when Suraj's step-sister comes up with various plans to have the entire property for herself. Will Suraj know about the plan of his step-sister? Will he be able to save the property of his family?
