To flee from the wrath of their boss, after destroying his pharmacy, and Kakia, a demanding fiancée, the best friends, Sofronis and Mimis, seek refuge in the picturesque Kavouronisi Island. But there, an unforeseen complication awaits: an innocent misunderstanding and Sofronis' striking resemblance to the esteemed psychiatrist, Dr Tsakmakis, will pave the way for more trouble. Now, the boys have no other choice but to keep up the charade. However, will Kakia take Mimis' escape lying down?
