A Ripple in the Pond (1952)

After twelve years of marriage, the faithful but parsimonious mechanical engineer, Manolis Skoudris, has never expressed his affection to his supportive wife, Veta, always keeping an eye on those annoying monthly household expenses. Nevertheless, when his extravagant and spendthrift partner, Yorgos, talks Manolis into going out with a pair of lively Greek-American women--the blonde seductress, Evelyn, and her brunette friend, Margaret--things will take a turn for the unexpected. Never in his life had Manolis thought that he would spend so much money in just a few hours; however, yesterday, he did. Will the boys go out on a second date behind their wives' back?
