In one instance that relates to the plot of the story, a boy doesn't eat and his stomach growls in several scenes.

Very mild name calling. Probably the strongest obscenity is "jerk".

A boy flies in a balloon chair but some bullies use a pointed kite to pop the balloons. The kid manages to break the bullies kite.

Dr. Silverfish's house is very strange which might scare very young viewers.
