Vangelis, a debonair and shameless idler who daydreams of making it big to marry his sweetheart, will find himself neck-deep in trouble when he is mistaken for the despicable money shark who ruined the lives of many, Lalakis Birbilis. Under those circumstances and with the police boasting about the unexpected triumph of finally bringing to justice the ruthless criminal mastermind, suddenly, Vangelis' chances of getting off the hook are beginning to look slim.
