Ganoba a simple school master is unable to find a job due to the corrupt system he reaches Aadgaon village where the there is vacancy for a master.Ganoba gets the job but finds that the school lies in dilapidated state while the village head officials like Sajjanrao,Sarpanch and Raigude use the school for their personal activities and the children are not at all interested in studies and always tie to trouble him.Ganoba comes across Kashi whose a tough women in village and helps him how to face corruption and improve the students and both fall in love.While Ganoba is interested in giving proper education to the students he finds no support in any village officials as they are all busy in wooing a newly appointed Nurse in village.
