Trebuyutsya muzhchiny (1983)

A new worker, Aleksey Veryaskin, appears in the team of concrete carpenters, who left a prosperous family to take an active part in the construction of a large hydroelectric power station. In the center of the plot is the conflict between Alexei and the foreman, whom the hero considers unreasonably cruel and rude towards his colleagues.
