Crime in Omonoia (1962)

After the brutal homicide of unemployed Antonis Lazos at the Omonoia Station under the bustling Omonoia Square of Athens, Greece, inquisitive reporter Alexis decides to conduct a private investigation. As the police have their hands tied, struggling to connect the dots, Alexis follows a faint trail of clues leading to the seedy White Scarab nightclub and a ruthless antiquity smuggling ring. In the meantime, an undercover police officer is tightening the noose around German buyer Mr Schmidt and his nefarious business. But in this race against the clock, greed puts innocents in harm's way. Can the police and intrepid Alexis get to the bottom of the mystery before it's too late?
