Digestina's breasts are shown twice.

Aelita's breasts are visible in her see through clothing, and are shown again during a strip tease.

Some of the sideshow attractions are quite gruesome looking.

Aelita, the inside-out girl, peels off her skin, revealing muscle and bone underneath.

Aelita pulls a character's face into her stomach. When the character pulls their face out, it is covered in blood and boils.

A character has been turned into a bird like creature, and we see a beak shaped bone protruding from his face.

The movie is too cheesy to actually be frightening. There is a scene where the teens sneak back into the sideshow to find their friend. They come across what appears to be a wax figure, which suddenly moves and they realize it is their friend.
