What is seen here is very disturbing and horrifying, including scars from burns and beatings, human skin used as paper, bones used as fertilizer, and much more.

A female Doctor, and camp prisoner, tells, in German, with English subtitles, of people eating hearts, livers and kidneys of the dead in order to survive.

Pile upon pile of extremely rotten and decomposed cadavers is seen; starved, beaten, worked and tortured to death. Mass greaves are seen as rigor mortis bodies are thrown or bulldozed into large pits and buried.
