The film addresses discrimination based on sexual orientation. The main character takes a doctored photo of himself and sends it to his employer anonymously - he fears being laid off from his job and wants his boss to think he is gay. Then the boss will not fire him so he is not firing him based on his sexuality.

Comments are made throughout the film which could be interpreted homophobically in some cases.
