A vampire kills a woman by biting her chest just below the collarbone and drinking her blood, which she obviously enjoys. This is shot as a sensual love scene but is not overtly sexual at all. (Quite unlike the outright sexual element in "Blade")

A human enters a bar which is a hideout for vampires. One of the vampires notices she has no marks and she replies, "You haven't seen the rest of my body." To which a female vampire says, "Is that an invitation?"

Some mildly sexual scenes:

Two girl (groupies) are brought to Lestat. He seduces them but nothing sexual occurs.

A woman tried to coax Lestat to suck her blood by making a small cut on her chest above her breast.

A non-graphic, no nudity scene between two vampires. They are together in a bath covered in rose petals. She rises from the water, indicating oral sex may have occurred.

A vampire rips out a person's heart from his chest, and drinks the blood from it.

One scene involving Lestat biting a moving statue of Akasha is shown and as he drinks the blood, images of blood, vampires dying, Akasha scaring the audience might be too intense or disturbing for younger viewers.

People are bitten by vampires. Most of this is offscreen with limited blood. A vampire is impaled and another is bloodlessly decapitated. Vampires feed upon each other with some bloody results. Other vampires are set on fire and burn to death. The scenes of violence are few and far between.

Several uses of the f-word in song lyrics that play mainly in the background. There are also uses of words like "hell" and "bitch" in the songs' lyrics. However, there is no profanity spoken in the characters' dialogue at all.
