Just after Eliza has walked out from a magic water, she appears to be naked for a moment, but it's all seen from a far distance enough so nothing is shown in details. In the next shot, she already wears her yellow dress.

At least in the Russian version, Eliza gets called "ugly duckling", hence having gotten turned into an ugly and dark-colored girl.
