There's a large shootout outside of a motel, and a few people are non-graphically shot. Two cop cars are blown up by an RPG, and two men drive away from the scene in a banged up car. A man shoots the supports of the motel sign, and it falls and crushes another car.

There's a large shootout in a room and several people are bloodlessly shot. One man shoots several men dead, and another man crashes through a window. Several people move to a stairwell where another man shoots at them, but one of the people fires at a chandelier which falls and crushes him. Another man is shot at by one of the people, but no bullets hit him. A dog bites him, and he accidentally shoots himself in the foot before falling over the railing and dying.

Lots of mild language, but no f words or anything too bad.

There's a standoff near the end where a woman's held at gunpoint.
