There is a scene where a man and a woman have sex. They are mostly covered by a sheet, so nothing is really seen.

In a later scene, a woman's breast is briefly visible.

A man wearing boxer shorts gets out of water and into a boat. His buttocks can sort of be seen through the thin, wet fabric.

A cow gives birth. Blood can be seen.

There are two curse words in the entire movie. Each are used only once. They are: piss off & bullsh*t.

A woman comes close to drowning.

A NOTE TO PARENTS: This is the mildest R rated film I have ever seen. I have no idea why it is rated R. Should be PG-13 at most. Might even be a PG.
