A man pulls out a woman's underwear and leaves it in the office, It is seen in the coat of a dentist.

One long sex scene: A woman wearing a pink nightshirt goes on top of a shirtless man and they hump on a bed. They fall down and kiss with thunder flashing in the scene. Transitioning to another scene a man seduces a woman and removes her tank top revealing breasts and they hold hands hugging, the scene flashes back to The man and the woman wearing the pink nightgown doing her last hump and going back to bed

A brother is seen trying to dance with her sister and kiss her.

As a man tries to sneak out of a motel, he spots a man and woman (a larger couple with the man shirtless and the woman in her bra) making out while standing. The man quietly walks past them as the man tells her, "I love your ass," she tells him to pinch it, and we hear the soundtrack of a porno program playing in the background with moaning and rhythmic sounds.

A dentist couple is seen kissing near a patient.

A woman begins to kiss a man and performs a seducing scene. The woman removes the first layer revealing her crop top and her belly is visible. The man pulls the underwear out of the woman and the woman kicks the underwear off. The woman goes on top of the man and humps him with her bra on

A closeup of a male penis is seen through a dentist camera, although it is not very clear.

A man is shot-gunned in the neck. A man discovers the corpse and slips on blood. He sees blood all over the washing sink. The corpse neck wound is exposed with blood all over his neck going down to his coat. The man removes his coat and finds blood flowing to his chest with teeth marks (Implying that the killer wanted to frame someone as evidence).

A man in a hotel room stabs a man with scissors through his hand, blood is seen flowing out of his hand. The man tries to strangle the stabber but he pulls the scissors. The man groans in pain and falls on the floor.

A guy gets shot (graphically in the head) offscreen, one is shown in a flashback with a flash of light. A man discovers the body in his house. He slips on the blood and finds the corpse with an exposed brain and a puddle of blood. Blood is seen on the walls and window.

There is a scene where a guy has a red paint-bucket smearing the paint on his chest and all over the walls looking like blood.

A guy gets punched in the cheek, the man leaves and charges the attacker. He bounces the mans head on the floor multiple times leaving a bloody forehead.

A guy turns on the fumes which is connected to the profane gas and blows up an office to hide a body which the cops will think it is hid. We see the remaining corpse in a body bag being led out.

A man tries fleeing in a motel. He hops on a roof and jumps to another. He slips on the roof dish and falls getting knocked out unconscious on a car.

In the murder footage from a tape, a recording is shown of a woman shotgunning a man

A man grabs teeth out of someone's mouth of a corpse and puts his own teeth he pulled off onto the corpse.

A man injects a needle into his gums and tears out all his teeth using plyers, leaving bloody gums. He places the teeth into a tooth holder and places it on a dead man's mouth.

One of this movie's main themes is drugs. The dentist uses plenty of drugs for his patients, and a character is known for selling those pills.
