A man is killed offscreen in a backstage area.

A woman is beaten up to the point where she is unconscious.

This film showcases Sadako being taken over by her supernatural powers. She kills a man in one scene, but it's offscreen and we hear his yell from a distance (we don't know how he died).

Two women hold Sadako at gunpoint as she approaches them. They attempt to shoot her but the bullets backfire (this is offscreen and we only hear the gunshots). Sadako's father arrives on the scene and we see both their corpses against the wall with blood and brain matter splattered everywhere.

A girl is injected with a painkiller.

A girl's father chases her out to a well, and the he grabs a wood chopper off or a stump, where he hits her in the forehead with it (we see blood pouring out of her forehead). He hits her again (this is offscreen) and is thrown down the well. He later traps her in the well by shutting it and sealing it forever.

One use of "shit", other milder terms like "Damn" are used.

The film is very tragic and depressing. A lot of disturbing scenes happen and the scene at the very end where a girl's father kills her is especially disturbing.
