Ghosts of Mars (2001)

The main female character wakes up in her underwear. She is wearing a tank top and very tight panties. She is seen in her underwear for about 20 seconds before she puts her pants back on.

There's a good many instances; talk, cleavage, caressing, kissing, breeders, but none of it heavy and really long.

There are NO scenes in this movie depicting sex or nudity.

A possessed woman has a pair of severed hands covering her breasts, they are tied in a manner to make it appear as if they are groping her.

There's a lot of slashing and a dozen or so cut off body parts. Besides a man slashing his throat, a lady coughing up a huge red cloud, and one slaughter scene that goes on for 1-2 minutes, most of the other heavy gory violence is quick and brief flashes. One gory instance is where a man gets his head, both legs, and one hand cut off at the same time, with blood spraying everywhere. There's a bunch of typical other action violence.

The decapitated head of a woman is shown being stuck on a spike.

Several men are decapitated, though the actual act is done offscreen. Though several severed heads are shown being held by the possessed miners.

Clea Duvall's character is implied to be a lesbian. Some characters use homophobic slurs towards her.
