Release All the Horses (2000)

One day Kevin runs into the rearview mirror on Bent A.'s new car. It smashes and Bent A. gets hold of Kevin's address: he wants compensation. He meets up with Kevin's single mother Vibeke who, as Kevin puts it, has "bad nerves."
