Give a Dog a Bone (1965)

The story of a dog, his master (a boy), his master's family and a man who comes from the space. The boy runs away from his family and goes to London with Ringo his dog. He meets a man who comes from space, and helps him in his journey, to resist the 'king of Rats,' who changes people in animals as soon as they say "I couldn't care less."
