The plot focuses on the retrieval of Oderus Urungus' "Cuttlefish of Cthulhu", a alleged fish-like penis. In one sequence, it comically spews out projectile semen when a antagonist, a grandma, shows a pornographic magazine to it.

Some graphic sexual references in both music videos and dialogue, though they're meant for comic effect.

In a sight gag, altar boys behave erotically.

Nudity includes bare breasts (briefly), penises and a fully exposed buttocks are present, although they're very fake and comical due to being made from latex.

A protester's cut off breasts make comic "boing" noises during a battle sequence.

Lots of extreme comic violence.

A teenager is run over by a limo. He is then impaled in the mouth by a hook with very gory results.

Slaves are graphically whipped and foam blood at the mouth due to the lack of crack.

A slave is accidentally crushed by gears (graphic).

A superhero and his sidekick beat up terrorists in a slapstick fashion (the least violent part of the entire film).

A teenager rams his mom with a skateboard (bloody), and then burns her face with a iron (very graphic). She later then burns her face once more when trying to reach the phone (also very graphic).

Another bloody battle sequence occurs between the band and the main antagonists that leads into the latter's deaths:

Music videos show children eating body parts as cereal, a dinosaur devouring a slave's hand and a band member battling a dinosaur (all bloody and graphic).

Lots of strong language, with uses of "fuck" and "shit" in the skit dialogue and lyrics during the music segments.

Crude humor, including farting, vomit and feces are present during the skits and music segments, albeit somewhat rare.

Some drug use, namely of crack usage. Sleazy offers a teenager a crack pipe, who then smokes it. Slaves are also known to be crack addicts and claim they are running out of it during a skit. A brief shot during a skit shows cocaine being snorted, and the sound of bong being smoked is heard in one scene.

Despite Gwar's very comical, fake and exaggerated shock value, the many sequences of graphic violence, gore, nudity, stereotypes, crude humor and religious blasphemy can be very horrifying, disgusting and sickening to some.
