The Jerks (1987)

Bent on making it big, the petty thief, Leonidas, accepts a respectful invitation from his mentor, Babis, aka "The Tutor", to organise and take part in a daring but profitable bank heist. However, unbeknownst to him, and his motley crew of small-time crooks and fellow professionals, a criminal mastermind is using them as a decoy, to perform an even more lucrative robbery behind their backs. As a result, a poor, double-crossed, and above all, empty-handed Leonidas rightfully swears revenge. Nevertheless, is he in a position to make any threats?
