Jesus is whipped in front of the crowd watching. He screams in agony. Then he is shown walking back to the crowd, blood all over his body with a red robe on, and blood dripping from his head from the crown of thorns.
Jesus is crucified on his wrists. You can't see blood from his wrist, because it is covered from the crucifier. He is shown screaming after the first blow and flails his legs in pain. When the soldiers lift up the crossbeam to be put on this bigger part of the cross by ropes, he is seen screaming in pain. When the soldiers put the footrest and crucify his feet, he's screaming like he's being stabbed. It is a very emotional scene, and somewhat graphic.
