Mafia (1968)

A man (of identity unknown), hidden between the leaves and the branches, prepares a Sicilian lupara rifle to kill as the title credits roll. He later waits for the truck driven by Salvatore Colasberna to pass, and shoots at the window. The truck proceeds, but later falls back to the same location, as the dying Colasberna opens the door and falls.
