A long ritual scene where a female snake dancer performs before a crowd of scantily clad (bare male chest, low-cut female outfits) tribes-folk. The camera angle focuses quite intensely on her at times: chest, stomach, and back end as she dances wildly.

The opening scene has a mildly disturbing animal sacrifice scene. No blood, but the little man does play with the flailing dying corpse of a chicken in a messed up way.

A woman is violently whipped multiple times. No blood is seen, but we can see her grimacing.

The previous chief of police for the village is apparently a drunkard.
