Torture Me But Kill Me with Kisses (1968)

When Marino goes to Rome for an event, he certainly does not expect to meet Marisa, who will become the love of his life. But once they find each other, the difficulties begin: first his father opposes it; then after his father's death, gossips make Marino believe that Marisa was no good, and Marisa runs away. Repentant Marino searches for her in vain, and by the time he finds her, she's Mrs. Ciceri. But love admits no obstacles, not even a deaf-mute husband.
