After the rape, Carey is shown twice staked out to the ground naked. And the side of her breast is clearly visible. During her recovery with Silva, a front view of her breasts is shown twice. Towards the end of the movie a prostitute is shown naked from the waist up.

There is a lot of both cursing and blasphemy by multiple characters throughout the movie.
