Despite Kinski trying to rape at least 20 different women over the course of the film, there actually is no nudity. The sexual tension with Kinski as a sex maniac does make this off limits for kids, though.

Gunfights, some splattered blood, and some blood stains on people's shirts where they'd been shot. Oh, and Kinski is violent towards women.

Two uses of s**t, and two uses of b*****d. Women are called "cows" and things like that at multiple points.

Lots of drinking and smoking like any spaghetti western.
