Avonturen van Pietje Bell (1964)

Pietje (pronounced Peetch-ye) Bel is the well-known rascal of Rotterdam, who has a reputation of turning everything into a mess. After getting to know some of the tricks and foolish plays of him and his gang, we follow Peter and his friend Engeltje into a boat at the Rotterdam bay where they meet two runaway thieves Teun and Klok.
