Women are mostly tortured during film. The original Crimson Executioner is in bondage in a torture machine of his back in 1600s and he is sentenced to death and blood is seen coming out of box. A person accidently kills one of the paparazzi that came with them to the castle. A man and a girl are both killed after having sex and the girl is seen in the torture machine the original CE was killed in. CE spills hot coal lava on a woman's back. The CE is seen with blood all over his chest and stomach area from a weapon a girl used at the end to kill him. Very Gory Film!
