No actual nudity is involved. The Grinch wears little or no clothing, but no exposure is required since his body is covered with green fur. Even some of the Whos are partially undressed, but also have no exposure as being furry little beings as well.

One scene has the Grinch whip his dog so that his dog can pull the sleigh.

There is a scene were the Grinch sneaks into a children's bedroom and arises at the foot of a bed with a disturbingly sinister smile.

A scene with the Grinch trying to prevent the sleigh from falling off the cliff can be a little scary for little kids.
