All of the native black African men wear almost nothing but loincloths. A large number of shots of topless native black African women but not too many close-ups. The white protagonist is stripped naked by the natives and starts running that way. He eventually obtains a loincloth and sandals.

Despite all nudity, this film doesn't contain any sexual content.

There is one long scene in the first 30 minutes that depicts what the trailer describes as "aboriginal tortures." EXTREMELY frightening/intense/disturbing.

Also scenes of animals being shot by safari, people graphically disemboweling animals and cooking the fresh flesh on a spit.
