A man tries to drown two scuba divers to prevent insurance fraud from being reported. A cargo hook and a harpoon were used as weapons as the antagonist attempted to murder his rival. One man was hit in the shoulder by the harpoon, and the other was impaled by a cargo hook in the leg. Some blood was seen.

One unseen character is reported to have been an alcoholic who is described at one point as being delirious as a result of his drunkenness.

During the finale, there is a tense struggle to uncover fraud while several men try to prevent this by attempting to murder them.
