This film is very outdated by today's standards, not as disturbing as people say, but still not appropriate for children under at least 14 years of age.

This movie is an exploitation documentary, basically made to shock people. And yes, the fact that there's animal cruelty which will make animal lovers sad and sick to their stomachs.
