The Storm Rider (1957)

Bart Jones (Scott Brady), a former gunman for a cattleman's association, is hired by a group of small ranchers and homesteaders to help them fend off a big rancher, Harry Rorick (John Goddard), who wants their land. They are unaware that Bart killed Rorick in self-defense. Bart falls in love with Rorick's widow, Tay Rorick (Mala Powers) and guns down a hired gunman brought in by Rorick, and brings peace to the area. Despite his love for Tay, Bart rides away, knowing that the killing of her husband will always stand between them.
