Kismet (1955)

A man is shown to have a harem of many wives. He finds an extra woman there and and marries her when she's unconscious. He then offers her as a concubine to the caliph but he refuses. In the marketplace, women are being offered for sale as slaves.

Violence is threatened such as amputation of hands but hands but not carried out. A man is nearly drowned by another man.

A woman threatens suicide.
