Min datter Nelly (1955)

Nelly grew up in the small town of Fjordby with her foster mother, the gifted Mrs. Ingeborg. Over the years, Nelly has not had much contact with her biological mother. But suddenly she sends Nelly a dress to wear at Fjordby's 500th anniversary. The dress entails changes in the relationship between Nelly and Mrs. Ingeborg - and a faster beating heart at the young vet Kåre.
