The King of the Neighborhood (1950)

In this movie "Tin Tan" leads a gang of small-time con artists, their crimes consist in tricking wealthy women by acting as musicians, but everything gets complicated when one of the victims falls in love with "Tin Tan" and she is hell bent in marrying him.
