As a war film, guns of many types are show and used.
There are several people killed or hurt: men are machined gunned while cycling, a man is struck with an axe, a woman is stabbed with a bayonet, a man is stabbed, several shootings, etc. All last only a few seconds, and very little blood, if any, is shown. In most cases, the actual death is not actually shown, just the swinging of the axe, etc.
In the battle for the village, there is a lot of gunfire, grenades exploding and typical battlefield noises. Many people are seen being injured and killed. There are no explicit shots of injuries, or lingering shots of bodies
