Henry A. Henry (Jack Haley) writes an unproduceable turkey of a play about Napoleon's Exile and with the help of his actress sister Linda Henry (Ann Sothern), two con-man songwriters, and the gullible citizens of a small rural town, it becomes a blazing success on Broadway.
