Dracula enters a woman's bedroom and bites her neck and sucks her blood, killing her. While we don't see this, in the next scene, during an autopsy, we see a close-up of the bite marks on her neck through a magnifying glass.

Dracula, quite violently for the 1930's, strangles a man and throws his body the stairs.

Renfield gets drugged by Dracula. When he awakens, he is bitten and for the rest of the movie, he is Dracula's slave.

Renfield drinks wine drugged by Dracula and falls unconscious.

Renfield's insane ramblings may be scary to young children.
