The Knight of the Rose (1925)

At the Austrian court, a marriage has been arranged between Baron Ochs and Sophie, the daughter of a wealthy merchant. As is customary, the baron must find someone who will bring the girl a silver rose to signify his request. His friend the Maréchale encourages him to designate Octavian Rofrano, who is none other than her young lover.
