The Side Show of Life (1924)

Andrew Lackaday, an English circus clown brought up in France, rises to the rank of brigadier general during the war. Returning to his old profession as a juggler, he finds that he has lost his skill. He gives up Elodie, his former vaudeville partner, but finds happiness with Lady Auriol.
