Little Women (1918)

Jo March and her sisters Meg, Beth, and Amy live in a happy, if not-so-well-off, family in Concord, Massachusetts. Jo yearns to be a writer, and through the course of the years she finds plenty within her own family to write about: Meg's romance with young tutor John Brooke; gentle Beth's tragic illness; and Amy's marriage to Jo's bosom companion Laurie.
