Lowball (1996)

After being suspended from the force, a maverick cop (Peter Greene) learns that his sister has been kidnapped by a ruthless drug lord carrying an old vendetta. With only 24 hours to save her, he enlists the aid of a rookie partner and sets out to find her before his time runs out.
