Helle for Helene (1959)

The young Helene is neglected by her husband who prioritizes his career. Helene decides to write a novel about Hollywood star Patricia Patterson, and after a car crash Helene thinks she is the star. A doctor is called and he find her condition unique, so everyone has to play in her performance.
