There is some quite graphic gore in this movie. guts are ripped out, people are stabbed, blood spurts everywhere, fingers are chopped off, a baby is blown to bits with a shotgun and some poor guy gets a night he'll never forget. What happened to the poor guy? A woman bit off his penis. You could say it was a blowjob gone wrong.
