Intimo profondo (1989)

Somewhere in Italy a married couple is in crisis. He, Valeri, Massimiliano a representative, tired of the too ordinary and predictable marriage menage, proposes new variants and experiments to his wife Irene, but she seems unwilling. So when he meets Carla, a professional model in a shoe shop, he begins a "fiery" relationship with her. Irene, on her part, neglected and always alone, starts talking to a client of her herbalist's shop, until she ends up in bed. In all this there is also the presence of an underwear dealer, with somewhat dominating tendencies, who hatches a plan against the adulterous representative in revenge of not having accepted her advances. She lets herself be seduced by a friend of hers until she reaches a fixed double couple with the representative, her lover and his friend. During one of their meetings, she drugs the representative and makes him fall into a seduction trap with another woman, not before having tied and gagged her and forcing him to see her intercourse hidden behind a curtain. Result: the representative finds himself in a rut with his wife and lover in spite of himself. Fortunately, the deception is exposed, the underwear dealer is found guilty of the crime, and the representative regains the relationship with her lover. Meanwhile, his wife discovers his betrayal and decides to take a pause for reflection, away from home for a month. At that point the husband, learns the adulterous relationship cultivated by his wife who also seems to have found a new inclination to the sexy Victorian satin bodices with a client of the herbalist shop, burns with jealousy, but he cannot keep the woman who leaves. for a new life and a new erotic awareness.
